Carrier Training & Support

Delivery carriers are essential partners in the successful operation of your package management system. Proper communication before launch helps ensure accurate deliveries and a better experience for residents.

While carriers may be notified about your package system, those messages do not always reach the drivers serving your property. It is important to communicate directly with delivery personnel and ensure they understand your Package Acceptance Policy.

Early training and clear expectations can significantly improve delivery accuracy and system adoption.

Keys to Success

  • Don't assume drivers know how to use the system.
  • Start communicating with drivers several weeks before launch.
  • Demonstrate how to complete a delivery and scan package labels.
  • Provide carrier access codes when required.
  • Show drivers the delivery instructions posted at the system.
  • Ensure package room shelving is clearly labeled.
  • Identify a carrier contact for delivery-related concerns.
  • Communicate property expectations and delivery procedures.
